Te Tūranga | The role

Elevate your teaching career by joining the dynamic team at Queen Margaret College, Wellington’s leading independent girls’ school. We are searching for a Japanese Teacher, for Year 7 – 13, who is enthusiastic, committed and innovative, willing to push the boundaries, and have fun with learning in our school.

As an IB World School, we offer the PYP, MYP, and IB Diploma, alongside NCEA. Experience teaching the IB Diploma, is highly desirable.

You will bring:

• A passion for teaching and learning, with high expectations for student achievement
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse learning environment
• Personal qualities of integrity, courage, resilience, respect, and generosity
• New Zealand teacher registration (or be working towards it), or be in the process of completing teacher training in New Zealand
