Executive Assistant to the Principal

  • Exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced, professional and personable Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive support to the Principal
  • Permanent Full -Time 
  • Immediate start or as negotiated

Position Summary:

The purpose of the EA to the Principal is to support the work of the Office of the Principal in fulfilling its strategic functions and performance expectations. It is also to support the Principal in enhancing the range of relationships with key stakeholders across the St Paul’s community. 

The successful applicant will have:

  • Previous experience as EA to a Principal, C-level executive, General Manager, Board of Directors or similar.
  • Experience in planning and executing engaging events and activities. 
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to effectively liaise with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Well-developed organisational skills, including a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a busy environment, prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines. 
  • Have high levels of confidentiality, integrity and accountability.
  • Proven ability to work as a constructive member of a team with a professional, courteous manner.
  • High-level IT skills and competence; specifically in Microsoft Office (Edge, Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel). 
  • A flexible and innovative approach to work.
  • Outstanding professional presentation and manner.
  • Current Working with Children Check (NSW WWCC).
  • Membership of a local Christian church or community.
