The opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi 

Kristin School is a co-educational, non-denominational, independent school on Auckland’s North Shore. It provides education for more than 1800 students from Early Learning to Year 13, with dual pathways through NCEA and the International Baccalaureate programme.

We are seeking an inspiring History teacher to teach across Year 7-13. Curriculum leadership or pastoral care responsibilities may be available for the successful candidate.  All teachers are provided on-going professional learning and development.

This role requires an experienced teacher who has a high degree of subject knowledge and is experienced in IB and/or NCEA history. The successful applicant will be passionate about innovative student initiatives, competent in the use of information and communication technologies and committed to Kristin’s values; “Progress with vision, integrity and love”.

Applicants need to be NZ registered teachers or be eligible to gain before starting the role. The base salary for trained and registered teachers will range from $57,778 to $101,250 per annum, depending on the applicant’s qualifications and experience.
