Pembroke School is a co-educational, non-denominational, day and boarding School from Early Learning Centre to Year 12. Pembroke School offers the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) and is also an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, offering the IB Diploma and the Primary Years Programme (PYP).
We are seeking outstanding and passionate Junior School teachers with demonstrated excellence in teaching, to work within a well-established, successful Junior School. The Junior School programme offers students the opportunity to be challenged, supported, creative and critical. Our engaging curriculum is broad and includes the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP) for ELC-Year 6. This curriculum framework focuses on learning through inquiry; fostering critical thinking, values and attitudes; and developing international understanding.
An understanding of the Primary Years Programme (IBO) is desirable for this position.
