Ravenswood are seeking an Enrolments Assistant to join our Enrolments Team on a permanent part-time basis, four days per week during the term time plus five weeks of non-term time.

We are seeking an Enrolments Assistant to join our Enrolments team on a permanent part-time basis, four days per week during the term time plus five weeks of non-term time.
Under the direction of the Head of Enrolments, the role is focused on proactively converting applications to confirmed enrolment. This involves working collaboratively with the enrolments and marketing teams.
On a day to day basis, the areas of responsibilities include data entry, processing of applications, enquiry management and where required, the role will also assist in School Tours, and promotional recruitment events (such as Expos, Open Days, Discovery Tours, and School Presentations). The role covers enrolments for Prep to Year 12, day and boarding students – local, regional and international areas.
The successful applicant will be highly professional, flexible and open minded, a champion of change and continuous improvement, and have:
Experience in a similar role in the educations sector would be an advantage.
