The Head of Inclusive Learning and Enrichment (Junior School) works with the Deputy Principal (Head of Junior School and ELC) and the Junior School Leadership and Management Team to develop a comprehensive and coherent program that addresses inclusion and enrichment, particularly for students identified as high potential and/or gifted and talented, from Reception to Year 6.

The position
This role is part of the Junior School leadership team, reporting to the Deputy Principal, Head of Junior School and ELC through the Director of Junior School (Learning and Innovation). This position plays a key role in ensuring the educational philosophy of CGGS and that the school’s culture of care and high expectations are met for all students in the Junior School and ELC.

The Head of Inclusive Learning and Enrichment (Junior School) works with the Deputy Principal (Head of Junior School and ELC) and the Junior School Leadership and Management Team to develop a comprehensive and coherent program that addresses inclusion and enrichment, particularly for students identified as high potential and/or gifted and talented, from Reception to Year 6.
