The position
This role is part of the Junior School leadership team, reporting to the Deputy Principal, Head of Junior School and ELC through the Director of Junior School (Operations and Environment). This position plays a key role in ensuring the educational philosophy of CGGS and that the school’s culture of care is met for all students in the Junior School.

The Assistant Director of the Junior School is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Directors of Junior School. Working collaboratively with the Director of Junior School (Student Care and Experience), Director of Junior School (Learning and Innovation), and Director of Junior School (Operations and Environment), this role plays a pivotal role in supporting the strategic direction, teaching and learning and the day-to-day operations of the Junior School.
